Indianhead. 2/15/10
We are splitting into two groups each with 9 hikers.
One will do it the hard way the other will do it even harder way.
Nice Palm Canyon with lot of water.
Getting closer to our backward C (or is it a sickle) route.
It starts steep and gets steeper.
Endless waterfalls up.
If we cannot go over falls we have to bypass them.
The easy fun part.
Getting up, we can’t go down now.
Go right, go left just go up.
Ted is leading us.
We are on sun now.
Martha keeps smiling even here.
We are almost at the end of gully.
Hersch is getting to the top.
Wit’s group is already up, minus 3 holiday hikers that turned back.

We meet Afra going with her easy way up group.
It is about 2500’ down, oh my knees.
This is a fun part going down.
Weather is warm so shade break is welcome.

Last waterfall and we are down.
We are all back; parking lot is ours, Christine supplies beer.
