Tijuana River. 8/6/12
We are going south today.
It is a low tide so we don’t have any problems crossing the Tijuana River. We should not be crossing it back?!
The injured pelican, how will he survive?
The border is there.
Vit is squeezing thru the fence.
Lets make a mug shot before they will detain us.
The last border marker is behind the fence.
Eye of Sauron is watching us. It was actually blinking at us.
We were just there.
There is a bench mark right here!
Snake foot prints.
Vit and his doll.
This needs some water.
That needs some water also.
Self portrait.
There are trails here so we must be legal now.
Did they build that dam just for that fence?
Surveillance place.
Good boy.
Will this Sunset trail take us back to the beach?
Trail ended so Martha and Jim are testing the water. It is a high tide now.
They are almost over so we will follow; we have to swim with our electronics above our heads just partway only.
John is opting out and going around.
The visitor center is closed today so we will not be buying any t-shirts there.
We are 12 miles into a hike and just 1.5 mi to go.
