At the rocky trailhead.
Some shade, some sun. It may be warm today.
There is a hiking line.

We are splitting. Some of us are doing some prom.
Here we are. There is a register.
We have to catch up with our main group.

It will be a long way down.
After a shady break we continue.
Some of us will also climb the Lizard Peak ahead.
Many ocotillos don’t have leaves but few are blooming.
