Splitting here: John’s group will do some streets, rest of us will go into Penasquitos Canyon.
That would be nice access canyon but it is with no trail down.
Here is a good trail down.
The dangerous portion is here, watch your head.
Made it down into Penasquitos C.
On nice side trail.
Lot of poison oak on sides.
This is exploratory.
Is there a way out?
Almost up. Our only hill climb today.
We are up but there are fences everywhere.
What we do best on Monday’s is to climb fences. This one was easy.
All groups made it back so it is time to relax and indulge in the shade.
