Parking is at our usual place under powerlines.
Entrance to the Fossil Canyon.
No fossils here.
Our group before we split. John and Beth are going geocaching. Our group branches out of the Fossil Canyon to go up.

Love these rock.
So far so good.
There are some obstacles to climb over.
That is easy.
Break is over, let’s go.

Not quite, our highpoint is over there.
Almost up.
Lunch spot with a view and off the wind.
This is an ancient sea floor.
Boulders are hard and not slippery.
Sometime it is steep.
There is Yote BM where we will go next.
First we have to get down.

Since I just had my Birthday this is a place to go.
