Starting on a road.

So far the wash is wide and easy.
Hersch will do just part of the hike from here and is separating from us.
Oops, there is a big drop into our planned canyon.
Changing to plan ‘B’ to hike up.
As usually it is steep.

Then on to Rack BM.

Somehow Tim and I lost our group ahead so we are doing it our way (going down).
