Before we will split picture. John’s group will separate to do the east side.

We are going west.
This is a big Potrero/Pasture so I call these bumps ahead: cow with three calves.

One way to cross the fence.
Larry will separate to go up the Storm Canyon.
We will lasoo these big bumps and go around.

Made it to the saddle.
Blooming cactus.
Some other cacti are dead.
Looking for weather balloon remains.
Not here, just flowers.
Found it! About 120’ from reported landing site.
We also found several helium balloons.
Lunch place is in some shade.
Blooming ocotillo.
It is a long way back when it is 90f.
