Kelly Ditch Trail 9/29/2025
Here is our group that starts from William Heise County Park going south.
There is another group starting from the other side going north.
We are doing the Kelly Ditch Trail.
Some big old tree stump.
Hiking is mostly in shade.
Open part.
It is mostly up.
And up.
Our first brake place.
Are we up yet? Not.
We meet with John and Chuck going north. John will continue north while Chuck will go with us.
Than we meet with Wit and Hersch. Hersch will also continue north and Wit will go with us.
We crested and now going down.
Covered water tank.
And now Larry is leaving and going back north.
In Kelly’s Ditch.
Made it to the lake and looking for a lunch spot.
Lunch. Martha, Alec, Afra and Steve will walk back north. Rest of us will drive back there.
