Ready to hike. We will get up to the main ridge from east side.
Somebody is trying to build a homestead here. What a mess.
At least he has a mailbox.
Starting up.
It is a ridge climb.
Halfway up.
This guy is also climbing up.
Made it to our high point 2144. We are looking at some bighorn far away.
Borrego Springs.

Going down. This may be a trail.
Other parts are steeper.
La Playa that looks like volcanic caldera.
Lot of small flowers everywhere.
It is a nice place here.

Nice valleys down there.
Mist BM, has a register.
Large BM.
Almost down.

On the way back we stopped to see some desert flowers.
These are nice.
It is starting to bloom here.
